Boxing

Our boxing classes offer a full-body workout focusing on developing strength, endurance, and technique. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing and prepare the body for the workout ahead. After the warm-up, participants will work on pad work to improve their punching technique and power. The class concludes with structured partner drills, where participants will learn proper form, footwork, and defense while practicing with a partner. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned boxer, our classes are designed to challenge and improve your skills in the sport of boxing.

Kickboxing

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm
Saturday 10am

Our kickboxing classes are designed for those looking to take their striking skills to the next level. After a brief warm-up and stretch, participants will work on striking combinations and sequences, utilizing pad-work to improve striking accuracy and power. The class concludes with partner drills, where participants will put their newly acquired techniques into practice with a partner, honing their form, footwork, and defense to perfection. Perfect for the beginner or experienced martial artist, our kickboxing classes will push you to reach your full potential.

Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Fundamentals: Tuesday 6pm  No-GI: Monday and Wednesday 7:15pm  Gi: Tuesday and Thursday 7:15pm

Affiliated with Gracie NEPA our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is the premier source for Jiu Jitsu in Broome County.  Our classes are perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners. The class will focus on the fundamental techniques of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu such as joint locks and submissions, under the guidance of experienced instructors. The class will conclude with live sparring, where participants can put their newly acquired techniques into practice in a controlled and safe environment. BJJ training not only helps in physical fitness but also in mental fitness, as it teaches discipline, focus, and problem-solving skills. The supportive environment of our classes allows students to learn and grow at their own pace, regardless of their skill level.

Youth Jiu-Jitsu

Monday and Thursdays at 6pm

Our youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed for children ages 5 to 12. The classes provide a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The class will also include age-appropriate games and activities that help to develop coordination, balance, and focus. The class will be taught by experienced instructors who are skilled in working with children, creating a safe and supportive environment for kids to learn and grow. With our youth BJJ classes, kids will gain confidence, self-esteem, and learn to defend themselves while having fun.
