What To Expect In Our Boxing Classes
Dynamic Warm-Up: Get your body ready to move with exercises like shadowboxing to improve technique and coordination, and jumping rope to enhance footwork and cardiovascular fitness. Pad Work: Under the expert guidance of our instructors, you'll master proper punching techniques, including jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and learn effective combinations using focus mitts. Partner Drills: Apply your newly learned skills in controlled and supervised partner drills. You'll practice essential defensive maneuvers like slips, rolls, and blocks, refine your footwork, and develop strategic combinations in a safe and supportive environment.
